Old manual machine
Old process machine that is controlled by human operator. Uses a lot of of time of the operator as needs to be manualla controlled every few minutes through out the process.
Old machine is in good condition and serves it's purpose well but is old fachion. New machine is either expensive or non-existing.
Automation modules
Instead of buying a new machine, post-automate the old one using Modular modules.
Using modules means no need to change or modify the original machine.
Just add automation to control interface and if needed add automation units to the rest.
Automated
Once automation is installed, machine will function as automated unit saving users time and cancels the need to buy a new machine.
Automation will be controlled using PC software and/or cell phone app.
Data will be collected of the use/running of the machine for analysis.
Any interface
System can be used to any interface with suitable adapters that can be easily made locally.
